Andrew Gerringer, Managing Director of the Prudential Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Group is responsible for the overall direction of the Development Marketing Group.

Since 1982 Andrew has been assisting developers and investors bring their properties from the acquisition and concept phases through to the eventual closing of each individual unit. Dedicated to providing comprehensive service, Andrew and his team of highly experienced professionals are actively involved in the initial planning of each development, including extensive floor plan reviews, recommendations for both building and apartment amenities and finishes, as well as the design of the common areas sales office and model apartments. The Development Marketing Group is actively working on a myriad of new development projects with a wide range of old line and newly minted developers throughout the Tri-State area and Florida. Over the past few years Douglas Elliman has become the clear leader in marketing residential properties for developers.
