Alfred Renna brings seasoned sales, marketing, management and technology savvy to the position of Managing Director of East Side Sales. As such, Alfred plays a key role in the organic growth of the company’s flagship East Side office, implementing innovative programs and facilitating the work of the agents . Because he knows that even the largest real estate company is no bigger than each agent's individual performance, Alfred boasts a successful management style that instills confidence and fosters every agent’s unique business style.

A native New Yorker, Alfred deeply understands the city's real estate market and has a passion for the creative and strategic marketing possibilities inherent in web technology's consumer/business-to-business applications. A graduate of Long Island University with a B.S. degree in Business Marketing, he also took Real Estate Studies at New York University and the renowned computer technology program at Columbia University. In his free time, Alfred enjoys working in his Southampton garden or sketching during his biannual Italian sojourns.
