Jay Flagg has been working as a licensed real estate broker for over twenty years. Prior to working full time as a licensed broker, Jay graduated from University of San Diego School of Law and was associated with a law firm where he worked in real estate law.

Jay began his brokerage business at the San Francisco corporate headquarters office of Grubb & Ellis, specializing in office leasing and sales. After establishing himself as a top producer in commercial brokerage, Jay transitioned to residential brokerage by joining The Jon Douglas Company, a luxury boutique firm specializing in estate properties in San Francisco and the Bay Area.

From 1996 - 1999, Jay lived in London where he worked for Sotheby’s International Realty. Jay moved full time to Southampton in 1999 when he took the position of Managing Director of the Southampton Office of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

Jay has developed a solid international customer base that recognizes his knowledge of the luxury market. He is well known in the real estate community and respected for his tenacity, professionalism and ability to get results. His success also is a result of personal integrity, an emphasis on client service, and an efficient approach to organizing and operating his business. Jay does not merely claim to do “whatever it takes,” he actually follows through and goes the extra mile to make good on his promises. Industry peers have recognized Jay’s stellar performance countless times over the years with national and local awards for top production.

Currently, Jay is actively marketing properties which are exclusively listed and priced between $3,000,000 and $45,000,000.
